First semester students
Ladies and Gentlemen,
You will be able to collect your student ID card from 23rd to 27th September 2024 :
- 23 September (Monday) 3.00-6.00 p.m.
- 24 September (Tuesday) 9.00-11.00 a.m.
- 25 September (Wednesday) 1.00-3.00 p.m
- 26 September (Thursday) 9.00-11.00 a.m.
- 27 September (Friday) 9.00-11.00 a.m.
Students who will not fulfil the requirements, that is submit the necessary documents in Admission Office, will not be able to collect the student card. After the documents will be submitted to Admission Office, please contact Dean’s Office by e-mail to verify when the student card can be collected.
The ticket machine will be working during collecting the student cards - please choose “1st year - student card studies in English”.
Students who will not collect their student ID card from 23rd to 27th September 2024 are welcome to collect it from 30th September 2024 during student service hours.
