dr Jarosław Wierzbicki

Jarosław Wierzbicki, PhD, graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw (1998) and the Warsaw School of Economics-ScPo (1999). He obtained his doctoral degree in management at the Warsaw School of Economics (2002). 
In his professional career, he has been affiliated with the Warsaw School of Economics and also employed at various times in specialist and expert positions in public administration (Ministry of Finance and the Office of the Insurance and Pension Funds Supervision Authority), as well as analytical (Office of Studies and Expertise of the Chancellery of the Sejm). 
In terms of content, he’s concentrated on administrative and financial law issues, in particular on taxation and financial services market law. 
Author of numerous publications and research papers on the above issues. 
Lecturer in numerous training courses for the market and public sector entities. Didactic cooperation with the University of Warsaw (EUROREG and Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw) and the National School of Public Administration (2010-2017). 
Expert of the Public Finance Committee of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland of the 4th and 5th, 7th and 8th term.
