Partner at SSW, tax advisor, specialises in providing comprehensive advice to both individual and corporate investors on mergers and acquisitions, devising capital and financial structures, restructuring projects and financing investments. She devised strategies provided day-to-day assistance in relation to several mergers and acquisitions (the subject of which were shares, selected assets and enterprises) and restructurings, to improve the effectiveness of personal tax burdens of private investors and tax burdens connected with regular business operations, the distribution of profits and exit options.
She is an active member of the International Fiscal Association, a member of the Tax Board of the PKPP Lewiatan and Vice-President of the CIT/PIT Group.
Patrycja has been distinguished by the International Tax Review in the Women in Tax Leaders ranking every year since 2017. In the 2024 ranking of best tax advisors, conducted by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, she received an individual distinction in the International Tax Law category. The 17th Ranking of best tax advisors by Rzeczpospolita daily recommends her in PIT and International Law categories. She is recommended as „Highly Regarded” in the „Women in Tax” area according to World Tax 2025. Chambers and Partners recommends her in their Europe and High Net Worth editions.
