He achieved the title of doctor and then habilitated doctor at the Institute of Political Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He focused his doctoral dissertation on the issue of public goods in the conditions of globalization, and his habilitation book on the issues of public policy. In it, he analysed the features of a number of sectoral policies – economic and social. The author of seven books, in addition he published three books under his editorship. He has written many academic and journalistic articles.
Doctor of Economics. She is an assistant professor at the Department of Public Policy at the Collegium of Economics and Social Sciences at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. The subject of her doctoral thesis was “The phonographic industry in the era of the digital revolution,” for which she received the second distinction in the 9th edition of the Competition for the best doctoral thesis in the field of cultural sciences, organized by the National Center for Culture.
Doctor of Humanities in the field of Sociology - 2007. KUL Lublin. A graduate of Postgraduate Studies in Organization and Management at the Białystok University of Technology (1992-93). Assistant professor at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics - since 2014
Education: 2002 – Doctor of Humanities at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science of the University of Warsaw in the field of political science; 1998 - 2002 - full-time doctoral studies at the Institute of International Relations of the University of Warsaw; 1997 - 1998 - post-graduate studies “Banking and financial markets” at Paris IX Dauphine University and the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
Head of the Regional and Local Policy Unit. Specialises in local policies, budgeting, infrastructure, and land use. Member of the Government Population Council (Poland). For many years scientific secretary of the Rural Areas Commission of the Committee for Spatial Planning of the State at the Presidium of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He has also worked at the former Central Planning Office, the Government Centre for Strategic Studies and the Ministry of the Treasury.
Doctor of economics, a graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, where she has been working since 2002 - first at the Department of Environmental Economics and Natural Resources, now at the Department of Public Policy. Member (2017-2019) and vice-chairman (2020-21) of the Rector’s Committee for Social Responsibility of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and the Team for the Code of Ethics at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics (2017-2020), since 2021 the ethics spokesperson of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
A graduate of the Catholic University of Lublin, Ph.D. in economics, and assistant professor at the Department of Public Policy at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Scientific secretary of the Committee for Spatial Development of the Country of the Polish Academy of Sciences (since 2015). Since 2006, a member of the Polish Association of Economists of the Environment and Natural Resources.
