Status in terms of compliance with the Act
The website is partially compliant with the Act of 4 April 2019 on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities due to non-compliance or exclusions listed below.
Content inaccessible:
- Some of the audiovisual materials do not contain any subtitles, audio description or other alternatives.
- Many elements of the website do not meet the minimum contrast requirement.
- Operating the navigation menu can be problematic for screen reader users or those using only a keyboard, and certain parts of this menu are not accessible to those users. A temporary alternative solution would be to use the site map, which can be accessed using a link provided in the website footer.
- On the subpages of the website that allow filtering of content by various criteria, the filters are arranged in reading order and tabulated by the content to which they relate. For this reason, filtering of content can be difficult for screen reader users or those using only keyboards.
- With some dynamically generated content focus may need to be moved in a non-intuitive way (e.g. backwards).
- There are links with ambiguous and non-unique names, as well as occasional links that open content in a new window/tab.
- Links leading to downloadable documents do not provide information on file format and size.
- Some labels of interactive elements and status messages dedicated to screen readers are in English.

Feedback and contact information
In case of problems with the website accessibility, please contact us. The contact person is Mrs Justyna Kapturkiewicz, Head of the Office of Accessibility and Support of Persons with Disabilities, e-mail address: justyna.kapturkiewicz@sgh.waw.pl. Requests for inaccessible information as well as requests for ensuring accessibility can be submitted via the same route.
Information on the procedure
Anyone has the right to request that the digital accessibility of a website, mobile application or some element thereof be ensured. You can also request that the information be made available through an alternative means of access, for example, by reading an inaccessible digital document, describing the content of a video without audio description, etc.
The request should include the details of the person making the request, an indication of the website or mobile application involved, and a method of contact. If the requesting person reports the need to receive information through an alternative means of access, they should also specify a convenient way to present the information.
The public entity should implement the request immediately, no later than 7 days from the date of the request. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the public entity shall immediately inform the person who made the request when it will be possible to fulfil the request, but the deadline shall not exceed 2 months from the date of the request. If it is not possible to ensure digital accessibility, the public entity may propose an alternative way to access the information.
If a public entity refuses to comply with a request to provide accessibility or an alternative means of accessing information, the requesting person may file a complaint about the provision of accessibility of a digital website, mobile application or an element of the website or mobile application. After exhausting the procedure indicated above, an application can also be submitted to the Ombudsman.
