Professor at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) in the Department of Public Administration, habilitated doctor of legal sciences (Institute of Legal Studies, Polish Academy of Sciences 2012), doctor of legal sciences (Institute of Legal Studies, Polish Academy of Sciences 2004), legal advisor (Opole Bar Association).
Author and editor of dozens of publications on European Union law.
Research interests:
• constitutional law of the European Union with particular emphasis on the participation of regions in the integration processes;
• protection of individual rights in the European Union;
• Area of Freedom, Security and Justice of the European Union (AFSJ);
• integrated management of the EU’s external borders;
• using new technologies and artificial intelligence in AFSJ.
