Research areas
Research focus on theoretical issues of law and state, concerning i.a. the development of concepts of law, creation, interpretation and application of law. A considerable part of scientific interests covers different constitutional problems, especially devoted to human liberties and rights, as well as studies on the Constitutional Tribunal’s case-law. Numerous publications concern labor law.
