Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Lodz. He also graduated with a degree in Philosophy (UŁ). He specializes in tax and administrative court proceedings, as well as tax and customs and fiscal inspections. Adam Olczyk is author of many publications on tax law and the theory and philosophy of law. For years he was associated with the Supreme Administrative Court in Warsaw.
Author of the book “Marxism, Christianity and Human Rights. The philosophy of Leszek Kolakowski”.
Secretary of the editorial board of the scientific journal “CASP Analyses and Studies”. Member of the team of the Center for Analysis and Fiscal Studies (CASP).
He received his doctoral degree in social sciences, in the discipline of legal sciences, in 2019. (Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Marek Zirk-Sadowski).
