Artur serves as an Assistant Professor at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and is a lecturer in the European Master in Law & Economics program. Furthermore, he works as an associate at Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) in Brussels at the Global Governance, Regulation, Innovation, and Digital Economy (GRID) unit. He is also a member of the AI Lab at SGH and the CIVICA Europe Revisited group lead at SGH. He serves a board member of the Polish Association of Law and Economics.

Lawyer, economist, and cognitive neuroscientist, Juris Doctor, LL.M. in Economic Analysis of Law (EMLE).

A lawyer, economist, and cognitive neuroscientist with a Ph.D. in law and an LL.M. in Law & Economics (EMLE), he specialises in digital economy law from a policy of law perspective.
Expert in economic analysis of law, focusing on exploring regulatory issues in technology law, digital economy law, medical law, competition law, and tax law. His work includes supporting innovation projects for international public sector institutions, global corporations, and public benefit organisations. 
Artur serves as an Assistant Professor of Law and Economics at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and is a lecturer in the European Master in Law & Economics program, as an associate at Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) in Brussels. He is also a member of the AI Lab at SGH and the CIVICA Europe Revisited group lead at SGH. He serves a board member of the Polish Association of Law and Economics.
