Dr. Julia Tocicka
Lawyer, public administration specialist (University of Warsaw), finance specialist (SGH), Doctor of Social Sciences. Assistant Professor in the Department of Tax Law at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).

She is trained in public administration and law (Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, EWSPiA), finance (SGH), and holds a PhD in Social Sciences. She is a graduate of postgraduate studies in Cybersecurity Management (ALK) and the International Humanitarian Law of Armed Conflicts School (PCK). She completed a research internship at Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University in Ivano-Frankivsk.
Biography
Dr. Tocicka is an expert in the Ministry of Finance in the Department of Income Taxes, in the Team for International Business Taxation and the Department for Avoidance of Double Taxation. She is also an expert at the Institute for Educational Research, a delegate to the OECD (Task Force on the Digital Economy), and a delegate to the Intra-European Organisation of Tax Administrations. She is a member of the Polish Association of Public Administration Professionals and Experts (PSPEAP).
She popularizes science through numerous presentations and academic publications in the fields of national security, human rights, and tax law. She is a regular expert on radio and television programs. Dr. Tocicka is the author of dozens of peer-reviewed academic publications and a scientific reviewer for national and international journals, including Human Rights Age Journal, SDirect24 Scientific Journal, International Journal of Legal Studies (IJOLS), and International Journal of New Economics and Social Sciences (IJONESS).
She specializes in financial security, tax law, international tax law, corporate law, financial law, and public administration.
