Marcin Kotlarz, Ph.D.
Assistant Professor in a research and teaching position; graduate of the University of Gdańsk with a degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics.

Dr. Marcin Kotlarz’s research interests include the relationship between law and economics in the area of financial markets, the organization and management of market entities, the functioning of the public sector, and selected aspects of development economics related to the creation of formal and informal market institutions.
He was awarded a PhD in Economics by the Council of the College of Economics and Social Sciences in 2011, based on his dissertation titled “Rent-Seeking in the Public Sector” (supervisor: Dr. Sławomir Sztaba, Associate Professor at SGH).
