As Director of the M&A Department in Bank Handlowy/Citibank he managed many acquisitions as eg. acquisition of publicly listed companies Farm Food SA, Sokołów SA, Zew SA. As Memebr of the Board of Cetelem Bank SA – a BNP Paribas Company he was responsible for products and business development – consumer finance & retail banking
