Biography
From 2012 to 2016, he was an expert at the Ministry of Justice, responsible for preparing Regulatory Impact Assessments of draft legal acts. From 2016 to 2017, he worked at the Institute of Justice (IWS), and since 2017, he has been employed at the Supreme Administrative Court. He has participated in research projects funded by the National Science Centre, conducted at the Warsaw School of Economics, the University of Economics in Kraków, and Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
His research interests include the functioning of public institutions, particularly common and administrative courts, the processes of formulating and implementing public policies, including tax policy, and the legislative process.
