The issue of pay transparency within organizations has always sparked numerous discussions, especially in the context of the Directive (EU) 2023/970 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 May 2023 (European Parliament and Council, 2023). This document obliges employers to disclose pay levels extensively, often described as “revolutionary changes.”
To address these challenges, within the framework of the “Postgraduate Managerial Studies – Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Partnership” conducted at the College of Business Administration of SGH Warsaw School of Economics, we invite you to the conference titled:
“PAY TRANSPARENCY – THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ASPECTS”
The conference will be held on January 25, 2025, at SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, in the Main Building, Aula IV, or online via Microsoft Teams. The program includes discussions and exchange of experiences to prepare for implementing pay transparency in Polish practice.
The event is held under the honorary patronage of the Rector of SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
