Visits of foreign guests:

On 14.11.2024, Prof. Kirti Sharma from the Management Development Institute in Gurgaon (India) visited the Department of Organizational Behavior of the Institute of Organizational Conduct. During the meeting, the directions of research cooperation in the areas of specialization of employees were discussed, as well as the possibilities of teaching activities as part of the available scientific exchange programs.

We invite you to read our new article on job satisfaction, which is the result of the implementation of an international project entitled: “Sustainable Human Resource Management – Cross-Cultural Empirical Study” with the participation of over 100 researchers!

International research projects:

We are pleased to announce that the employees of the Department of Organizational Behavior will take part in an international research project financed from EU funds entitled: “Hybrid Healthcare – Advancing Hybrid Management and Digital Technology in Healthcare Education” (KA220-HED – Cooperation partnership in higher education). The project will be implemented in cooperation with partner universities from Germany, the Czech Republic, Ireland, Denmark and Romania. Poland will be represented by the Medical University of Warsaw.
