Head of the Academy of Professional Coaching and Postgraduate Studies. 
She specialises in strategic workforce management, coaching, forms of employee competence development, design thinking, and creating client relationships. 

She has held internships at the University of Bologna and Fordham University in New York City. She was a visiting professor at Toulouse Business School. Professor of Economic Sciences, Representative of the Rector of SGH for Equal Treatment. From 2016 to 2020, she served as the Vice-Rector for Cooperation with the Environment at SGH.
Mentor of the Shesnnovation program of the Perspektywy Foundation and the Mentoring Programs of the Business Leaders Foundation Ernst & Young and SGH. Initiator and Chair of the Jury of the SGH Business Sails Competition, member of the Mazovia Innovation Council.

She specializes in research on intelligent organizations in local government units and business. She conducts research on business location, local and regional entrepreneurship, and the investment attractiveness of regions. She is the author of over 200 publications. She has supervised 6 doctoral candidates. She holds an International Certificate in Business Mentoring issued by EMCC.

Assistant in the Entrepreneurship and Business Environment Unit, a graduate of Gdańsk University of Technology and the Warsaw School of Economics. His scientific interests focus on coaching, personal development, competency development, marketing, and the use of artificial intelligence in business and its impact on competency changes among employees.

Coordinator of the Coaching Conference organized at the Warsaw School of Economics – a platform promoting professional coaching, connecting professionals from various fields with the aim of exchanging knowledge and experiences in the field of coaching support for personal and professional development.

His professional experience includes not only the academic environment but also the practical side of business, where as a consultant, he supports companies in building a strong online presence. He also works as a coach, assisting individuals in achieving their intended goals.

Academic teacher at the College of Enterprise Sciences at the Warsaw School of Economics. He established and managed the Department of Family Enterprise at the Institute of Entrepreneurship of the Warsaw School of Economics. He was a manager in research projects and advisory functions, he was a member of editorial committees and scientific boards of journals. Author of many scientific publications devoted to the problems of management, business ethics and small and medium entrepreneurship, especially family entrepreneurship.

He was a member of the Presidium of the Central Council for Science and Higher Education of the 12th term. He has significant achievements in the field of organizational activities thanks to his involvement in crafts and vocational education.

Marzena Fryczyńska is a professor at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.  Her research interests and work include human capital management, with focus on managerial competences, networking, competency assessment and development, career management, and sustainable work. She is a researcher, expert, project leader, and author for monographs and scientific journals. She regularly presents her research at conferences and during visits and scholarships at universities. As a lecturer, she inspires students to seek knowledge and motivates them for challenging work.

Marek Laszuk, Ph.D. is an assistant professor employed at the Family Business Unit at the Institute of Enterprise  of the Warsaw School of Economics.

His scientific interests include the issues of creating entrepreneurship. He has been associated with this topic for over 20 years. At SGH he runs an Entrepreneurship Incubator, where, thanks to the practical application of such methods as: StartCreativityUp, Customer Development, Lean Startup and Design Thinking, his students test their business ideas through real contact with the market.

At the same time, he maintains constant contact with business practice. He conducted design and development trainings, among others for PKO BP and Euro Bank. Implemented at PWPW S.A. intrapreneurship. The program covered 80% of the company’s employees (participation was voluntary) and generated over 100 initiatives annually. His doctoral dissertation was also devoted to the study of this phenomenon in Poland. He has professional experience in financial management, controlling, motivating, training as well as strategic and change management.

She graduated from the University of Economics in Krakow and completed her doctoral studies at the Main School of Planning and Statistics in Warsaw (now SGH). From 1983 to 1997, she worked at Jagiellonian University. Since October 1, 1997, she has been working at the Warsaw School of Economics. She specializes in issues related to entrepreneurship and business innovation. She conducts lectures and scientific research in these areas. She is the author of over 250 publications in her main areas of scientific interest.

He has been a Professor in the Innovation Management Unit since 2020. He earned his PhD in Economic Sciences in the discipline of Management Sciences at KNOP SGH in 2007, and his habilitation in Social Sciences in the discipline of Management and Quality Sciences was awarded by the SGH Senate in 2019. He is the author and co-author of numerous scientific publications, a scientific editor, and a reviewer in scientific journals. He has business experience, having been associated for many years with the banking sector and the consulting services sector.

  • Supervisor of student internships in the Management program at SGH (Bachelor’s and Master’s levels).
  • Head of Postgraduate Studies in Preparation and Evaluation of Investment and Innovation Projects at SGH.
  • Supervisor of the interdisciplinary specialization “Innovation Management”.
  • Scientific Secretary of the Quarterly Journal of Business Sciences (published by KNOP SGH).
  • Member of the Scientific Society of Praxeology.

Major Achievements

  • Award for scientific activity at SGH and the second-degree team award of the Rector of SGH for an academic textbook.
  • He has conducted courses and trainings organized by PONT Info Ltd., the Privatization Center, the Ministry of Finance, UNIDO, the Training Center for Common Court and Prosecutor’s Office Staff.

Kamil M. Kraj graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics (2003) and Kielce University of Technology (2000). He obtained a PhD in Management Sciences at the Faculty of Management and Finance, Warsaw School of Economics in March 2007.

Major Achievements

  • In 2016 K.M.Kraj received the Rector’s Award for an academic achievement (the 2nd degree Award for the scientific publication).

His research interests focus on business improvement using the concept of continuous improvement, particularly lean management. He has participated in conferences and benchmarking visits related to the implementation of lean management both domestically and abroad (Germany, Czech Republic, Italy, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Japan). He managed a hospital expansion project in Tanzania. He completed a research scholarship at the University of Technology Sydney. He is a member of the Polish Production Management Association and the Lean Management Poland Association.

  • Collaboration in the establishment of the SGH Doctoral School
  • Member of the team for the implementation of the HRS4R Strategy and OTM-R policy – member of the initial team developing the assumptions and preparing the university for implementation
  • Initiation and organization of the first National Doctoral Conferences at SGH: Scientific Conference “Economic Sciences in the Light of Research by Doctoral Students and Young Scientists” – December 17, 2018; Scientific Conference “Economics and Finance and Management and Quality Sciences in the Light of Research by Young Scientists” – December 16, 2019.
