Pracuje w Zakładzie Analizy Rynków Kolegium Nauk o Przedsiębiorstwie w Szkole Głównej Handlowej w Warszawie oraz jako ekspert ekonomiczny w Narodowym Banku Polski. Jest ekspertem w dziedzinie nieruchomości mieszkaniowych. Uczestniczyła w projektach biznesowych firm funkcjonujących na rynkach nieruchomości. Autorka wielu raportów i opracowań oraz publikacji naukowych podejmujących tematykę rynków mieszkaniowych. Wyniki swoich badań prezentowała na wielu polskich i zagranicznych kongresach oraz konferencjach naukowych.
