Paweł Kulpaka was graduated from Warsaw School of Economics in 1999. He obtained two masters degree: (1) Banking and Finance, and (2) International Economics and Political Relations. In 2004 he gained his Ph. D. In 2014 he obtained the post-doctoral degree (habilitation) in economic sciences. Since 1999 he has been employed at Warsaw School of Economics (1999 – 2014, Institute of International Economics, Collegium of World Economy, December 2014 – current, Institute of Banking, Collegium of Socio-Economics), where he currently works as a Associate Professor.
Lada Voloshchenko-Holda graduated from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute (2001). She received a PhD in economics (specialization: quantitative methods, models and information technologies in economics) at the Institute of Economics and Forecasting of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences (2008). Before she left Ukraine for Poland she worked for about ten years as a senior research officer at the Institute of Economics and Forecasting at the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences in Kyiv. Her major areas of research included foreign trade, energy and the agricultural sector.
