At the Warsaw School of Economics, he teaches bachelor’s, master’s and postgraduate studies in financial accounting, cost accounting and management accounting (in Polish and English). He is the author or co-author of numerous scientific publications and academic textbooks in the field of accounting, finance and management. He has received numerous awards or distinctions for his work, also outside of Warsaw School of Economics.

He combines his scientific activity with practice. He is a consultant and implementer in the area of financial accounting, cost accounting and management accounting. Chief Accountant in a leading auditing firm.

In recent years, he has been actively involved in, among others, in the following projects:

1. Development of an innovative product and technology including intelligent algorithms, software and sensors for automatic cause-effect allocation of costs using modern cost accounting in entities with a high level of complexity of technological processes (the National Centre for Research and Development).

2. Interdisciplinary effectively: training to improve the competences of employees of the founding bodies and managers of medical entities (PO Knowledge Education Development).

3. The role of management accounting in reporting sustainable development (Statutory study).

4. Prospects for the development of modern technologies for reporting financial and non-financial information based on the XBRL standard (Rector’s Grant).

Assistant Professor, Collegium of Business Administration, Department of Managerial Accounting, Warsaw School of Economics

Research and teaching employee at the Department of Managerial Accounting with over 25 years of experience. A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. He specializes in management accounting, controlling and cost accounting. Supervisor of nearly 400 master’s and bachelor’s theses. He conducts classes and seminars at undergraduate and graduate studies as well as postgraduate and MBA studies in cost accounting, financial and managerial accounting.  

He is a member of the Collegiate Program and Didactic Committee of the KNOP, a member of the Electoral College of the Warsaw School of Economics, the secretary of the Postgraduate Studies “Management Accounting and Controlling”, the coordinator of the subject “Financial and Managerial Accounting” in the field of Corporate Financial Management at the Warsaw School of Economics.  

He cooperates with consulting and training companies. She is the author of expert opinions in the field of cost accounting and management accounting for companies and institutions, m.in. for: PGE, Common Courts. She participated in research and scientific and implementation projects in the field of cost accounting, the use of management accounting tools, including budgeting in management (m.in. “Analysis of the functioning of the cost accounting system and selected management accounting tools in health care institutions in Poland – theoretical and practical aspects” – own research; “Controlling and management information - indispensable qualifications of staff of a competitive company” project of PARP; “Direction for project management!” - NCBR didactic project; “The impact of the concept of object-oriented cost accounting on the budgeting process” - statutory study). She was the coordinator for the tasks of a partner in the project: “Modern management in health care institutions – training in the field of cost accounting and management information as well as tools for restructuring and consolidation of health care institutions”, co-financed by EU funds, implemented by the Ministry of Health and the Warsaw School of Economics. He is a reviewer of books, research projects and scientific articles.

She is the author/co-author of numerous scientific publications. He is an examiner of the Examination Board of the Polish Chamber of Statutory Auditors in the following subjects: theory and principles of accounting, financial accounting, cost accounting and management accounting.

Awards and distinctions:  

1. Gold medal for long service from the President of the Republic of Poland, 2024.  

2. Award of the Rector of SGH III degree (individual) for didactic achievements, for involvement in the creation of new study programmes and forms of education, 2012.

Lecturer at the Department of Managerial Accounting at the Warsaw School of Economics. He lectures at MBA, postgraduate, full-time and part-time studies. He specializes in the areas of cost accounting, management accounting and financial accounting.

Chartered accountant. He has audited the financial statements of several dozen companies from various industries, including for the purposes of preparing issue prospectuses by companies seeking admission to stock exchange trading. Examiner at the Examination Board for candidates for chartered accountants

Author and co-author of several dozen monographs and articles in the area of accounting, management and finance.

Consultant and implementer in the area of management accounting, financial accounting and cost accounting. He specializes, among others, in the healthcare industry. He has worked for companies and institutions such as PKN Orlen, Totalizator Sportowy, Poczta Polska, Zakłady Azotowe Puławy, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Finance and others.

He specializes in management accounting (cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling), strategic management (use of Balanced Scorecard) and implementation of management accounting in IT systems (data warehouses, management reporting systems, Business Intelligence tools). In his scientific work, he focuses on management accounting in the field of cost accounting, operational and strategic control, as well as in the field of using IT systems to perform management accounting functions.

He has over 20 years of business experience, which includes work in audit, consulting and in companies in managerial positions (including the position of Financial Director at the District Dairy Cooperative in Piątnica and General Director for Economic and Financial Affairs, Member of the Management Board at Ceramica Paradyż).

In my didactic classes, I focus on the broadly understood scope of finance, combining practical experience with scientific knowledge.

Since 2002, assistant and then senior lecturer at the Department of Management Accounting at the Warsaw School of Economics. He teaches accounting at full-time, part-time and postgraduate studies. He specializes in financial accounting, with particular emphasis on the topics of company mergers, income tax in accounting, consolidation of financial statements and auditing of financial statements.

Certified auditor. Member of the Polish Chamber of Certified Auditors since 2008. He managed audits of individual and consolidated financial statements of companies and capital groups from various industries.

Partner and certified auditor at Mac Auditor Sp. z o.o. He is responsible for the Outsourcing Services Division of the company. He manages the accounting services of a portfolio of over a hundred companies with Polish and foreign capital, including entities listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and entities applying International Financial Reporting Standards.

She has extensive professional experience in public health care: employee of the unit for supervision of medical entities in local government units, chief accountant and financial director of medical entities (district hospital and clinical hospital), chief accountant of the National Health Fund and the Agency for Health Technology Assessment and Tariff System. Author of publications on health care management and finance in industry journals and portals (serwisZOZ.pl) and for accountants (Public Finance, Accounting Methodological Journals). Since 2012, lecturer and trainer at trainings and conferences for chief accountants and directors of medical entities and entities creating organized by commercial, public and non-governmental entities. Since 2016, lecturer at postgraduate studies at SGH “Management of medical entities”, supervisor of diploma theses.
