Assistant in the Entrepreneurship and Business Environment Unit, a graduate of Gdańsk University of Technology and the Warsaw School of Economics. His scientific interests focus on coaching, personal development, competency development, marketing, and the use of artificial intelligence in business and its impact on competency changes among employees.
Coordinator of the Coaching Conference organized at the Warsaw School of Economics – a platform promoting professional coaching, connecting professionals from various fields with the aim of exchanging knowledge and experiences in the field of coaching support for personal and professional development.
His professional experience includes not only the academic environment but also the practical side of business, where as a consultant, he supports companies in building a strong online presence. He also works as a coach, assisting individuals in achieving their intended goals.

She leads postgraduate studies on “Preparation and Management of Public-Private Partnership Projects.”
A graduate of the Poznań University of Economics and the Academic Tutors School (Collegium Wratislaviense). A certified project manager according to the PM2 methodology of the European Commission.
She is the author of several dozen scientific publications and expert reports on city management, revitalization, innovations in public services, and public-private partnerships. Currently, she conducts research on energy transformation, sustainable urban development, and intergenerational responsibility. She is involved in the university team for international accreditations. She also serves as the coordinator of the project “GOSPOSTRATEG III Mazowsze as an Accelerator of Global Enterprises.”
She combines scientific research with expert, advisory, and social activities. Between 2016 and 2018, she served as Vice President of the Management Board of the PPP Center Foundation, where she led the “Development of PPP in Poland” project (in a consortium with the Association of Polish Cities, the Lewiatan Confederation, and the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy). She has lectured in seminars, trainings, and postgraduate studies on PPP, city audit, and development. She has collaborated with institutions such as the Institute for Urban and Regional Development, the European Investment Bank, and the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development. She was a member of the PPP working group at the Ministry of Development and the inter-ministerial team for PPP (2017–2018). Since 2019, she has been a member of the Forecast Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences (currently in her second term). In 2023, she was elected to the supervisory board of an innovative company in the renewable energy sector. Since 2019, she has been serving as treasurer on the board of the Independent Territorial Circle No. 69 of the Social Educational Society, which runs the No. 24 Social School Complex in Warsaw’s Bemowo district.

Professor in the field of management and quality sciences, Vice-President of the Polish Craft Association, and President of the Chamber of Crafts and Small and Medium Enterprises in Katowice. A researcher of family entrepreneurship, an active member of the FaBeRNET network, and an entrepreneur. Founder and long-time head of the Family Business Department at the Institute of Entrepreneurship at SGH (Warsaw School of Economics). His scientific, teaching, and expert activities are related to the management of small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as the labor market and vocational education.
He has held many positions, including Member of the Presidium of the Main Council of Science and Higher Education of the 12th term, Chairman of the Scientific Council at the SME Ombudsman, Member of the European Economic and Social Committee in Brussels, Member of the Social Dialogue Council, Vice-President of the Association of Confectioners, Caramel and Ice Cream Makers of the Republic of Poland, and Member of the Supervisory Board of ZUS (Social Insurance Institution).
Laureate of many awards for scientific activity, achievements in organization management, contributions to the development of vocational education, and the development of the business sector in Poland.

She specializes in human capital management, focusing on the assessment and development of competencies, including managerial competencies, and career management. She researches, develops, and promotes the concept of sustainable work. She serves as the Chair of the Program Council of the Management Program and the Head of the Postgraduate Studies in Human Capital Management. She has received awards and distinctions from the Rector of SGH, including in the years 2021, 2020, 2015, and 2013, as well as acknowledgments from Northeastern Illinois University in 2015.
Her international experience includes internships and visits at renowned universities such as Northeastern Illinois University, University of Minnesota, Kyungpook National University, ISCTE Business School, Stockholm School of Economics, University of Eastern Finland, The American University of Cairo, Lebanese American University, and Mykolas Romeris University.
She has led and participated in scientific research projects funded by NCN, EQUAL, PARP, IBE, PO KL, and MNiSzW. She is the author of numerous scientific works, including monographs published in both national and international publishing houses such as Routledge. Her scientific articles are published in high-quality and high-ranking journals. She regularly presents the results of her research at national and international conferences.
In her teaching work, she expands the scope and tools of education, inspiring students to broaden and deepen their personal and professional competencies.

His research interests include the issues of fostering entrepreneurship. He has been associated with this topic for over 25 years. At SGH, he conducts the Entrepreneurship Training and the Entrepreneurship Incubator, where, through the practical application of methods such as BMC, Customer Development, Lean Startup, and Design Thinking, his students test their business ideas through real market contact.
Simultaneously, he maintains constant contact with business practice. He has professional experience in business management, finance and controlling, as well as strategic management, building motivational systems, and implementing changes.

He earned his PhD in Economic Sciences in the discipline of Management Sciences at KNOP SGH in 2007, and his habilitation in Social Sciences in the discipline of Management and Quality Sciences was awarded by the SGH Senate in 2019. He is the author and co-author of numerous scientific publications, a scientific editor, and a reviewer in scientific journals. He has business experience, having been associated for many years with the banking sector and the consulting services sector.

Assistant Professor at the Institute of Enterprise - the Innovation Management Unit. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics (2003) and Kielce University of Technology (2000). He obtained a PhD in Management Sciences at the Collegium of Management and Finance, Warsaw School of Economics in March 2007.
His research areas include: innovation management, Intellectual Property (IP) management, technology entrepreneurship, corporate entrepreneurship and international business.

- the Rector’s Award for an academic achievement (the 2nd degree Award for the scientific publication) received in 2016.

His research interests focus on business improvement using the concept of continuous improvement, particularly lean management. He has participated in conferences and benchmarking visits related to the implementation of lean management both domestically and abroad (Germany, Czech Republic, Italy, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Japan). He managed a hospital expansion project in Tanzania. He completed a research scholarship at the University of Technology Sydney. He is a member of the Polish Production Management Association and the Lean Management Poland Association.
