Our research aims not only to understand but also to support the development of enterprises in a sustainable and responsible manner, allowing for a deeper comprehension of the mechanisms governing the contemporary world of entrepreneurship.
Our research activities cover a wide range of topics, from the analysis of employee competencies and sustainable business development to economic geography and the determinants of regional development. We focus on how different regions can support business growth, as well as the impact of modern technologies and globalization on entrepreneurship. We also examine how businesses can contribute to the development of local communities and economies, analyzing the changing demands of the labor market and the adaptation of companies to these changes.
