The staff lending library is located in room 15 on the ground floor of the SGH Library building.

Who can use the rental:
- Students of the Warsaw School of Economics
- PhD students of the Warsaw School of Economics
- Students of postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics
- Employees of the Warsaw School of Economics
People from outside the Warsaw School of Economics can use the book collection ONLY as part of interlibrary loans or in Reading rooms.
- Conditions for setting up a library account
Students of any mode and degree, PhD students
- having a valid (with a valid hologram) Student ID or mLegitymacja in the mObywatel application
- filling in the library declaration
SGH employees
- having an employee card
- filling in the library declaration
Postgraduate students
- presentation of the index or confirmation of participation by the secretary of studies
- filling in the library declaration
- providing an ID photo
- payment of a fee of PLN 10 for issuing a library card

- Basic information about borrowing books
Number and length of rentals
- Students of any degree - 10 volumes from the lending library collection for a period of 60 days
- PhD students - 10 volumes from the lending library’s collection for a period of 60 days
- Employees - 200 volumes from the main book collection or lending room collection, for a period of 30 or 60 days depending on the status of the book
- Postgraduate students - 5 volumes from the lending library collection for a period of 30 days
It is possible to extend the borrowed items, under the conditions
- The deadline for returning any currently borrowed book to your library account has not been exceeded
- There are no unpaid fees for books kept on the library account
the lack of return of the book causes, charging a fine of PLN 1 for each day for each book
Readers should respect books they borrow. When borrowing publications, report any damage that has been noticed, otherwise the borrower is responsible for them.
In the event of loss or damage of a borrowed book, the user is obliged to buy the same or a newer edition or provide, after agreeing with the Lending Department, a book similar to the subject of lost one.DETAILED RULES OF USING THE lending room ARE DEFINED IN THE RULES OF THE LIBRARY.
