DART-Europe is a group of research libraries and library consortia working together to improve universal access to research dissertations and dissertations in Europe. DART-Europe is supported by LIBER (Ligue des Bibliothèques Européennes de Recherche) and is also the European Working Group of the Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (NDLTD).
The DART-Europe partners help provide researchers with a portal to search for Electronic Theses and Dissertations (ETDs) and participate in activities to support future initiatives of a similar nature. DART-Europe offers its partners a European network of contacts to individuals and institutions interested in ETD issues and can facilitate the joint application of financial support for activities to achieve DART-Europe’s ETD vision. DART-Europe is materially supported by donations from partners.
