The meeting will be held on March 26, 2025 in the main auditorium at 4:15 p.m. in Polish and English. We provide simultaneous translation.
Due to security checks please arrive at the main auditorium well in advance. Meeting participants will be allowed to enter from 3:00 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. People who arrive later will not be allowed to enter the main auditorium. We kindly ask you to show up on the first floor in front of the main auditorium, and to leave your outerwear and larger bags and backpacks in the cloakroom in advance.
Under no circumstances may you bring food, drinks, any dangerous items, cosmetics, including aerosols, into the main auditorium.
The event will be available to watch on a large screen in the Main Hall.
