Speakers
Professor Pierre Regibeau is a Honorary Professor at the University of Essex. He received his PhD in Economics from University of California in Berkeley. He has hold academic posts at numerous institutions including Northwestern University and Imperial College. His public sector work has included numerous advisory posts throughout Europe, most recently serving until 2023 as Chief Economist (DGCOMP) at the European Commission.
Professor Katharine Rockett holds her PhD in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and has held academic posts at numerous institutions in Europe and the US. Currently, she is Professor of Economics at the University of Essex in the United Kingdom. She has contributed to consultations around public policy, and currently serves on the EAGCP for the European Commission.
