The first stage of the competition involves preparing a policy brief that proposes solutions related to ecological infrastructure, climate adaptation, and community engagement in decision-making processes. Two-person teams can submit their entries by February 25, 2025. The results of the first stage, announcing the teams qualified for the second stage, will be published no later than March 4, 2025. In the second stage, participants will create a short video presenting the main assumptions of their urban policy project.
The project will culminate in a conference in Warsaw in April 2025, during which participants will present their solutions, take part in expert panel discussions, and exchange experiences. The best teams from the competition will have the opportunity to showcase their work at this event. Arrangements, including the cost of accommodation in Warsaw for two nights, will be covered as part of the competition prize. Accommodation will be covered by the European Union Society Club (SGH Warsaw School of Economics), while the commute will be covered by the European Society (LSE London School of Economics) under funding from the CIVICA Student Engagement Fund.
To participate in the project, students must complete the application form.
