In cooperation with the Embassy of France and the Embassy of Germany in Poland the Polish-German Academic Forum of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics invites all students and professors to explore how the Élysée Treaty shaped the relationship and friendship between France and Germany.
How is it still shaping them 60 years after? Can it serve as a model for the German-Polish friendship? Which benefit can we derive from it for the Weimar Triangle? Our panellists will discuss these and other questions and build on their unique experiences in the Franco-Polish-German sphere. They look forward to challenging questions in the Q&A session!
Panellists: Dr Claire Demesmay (Centre Marc Bloch / Franco-German Youth Office), Dr Sebastian Plociennik (Centre for Eastern Studies / Vistula University), Dr Johannes von Thadden (Airbus Polska / Foundation for Polish-German Cooperation)
